1. User Relationship with Qornerstone

The use of Qornerstone products, software, services and websites (via Qommunity Resident and other interfaces) referred to as the "Services" in this document is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Qornerstone.

Qornerstone means Qornerstone Private Limited and IBASE Technology Private Limited, both wholly owned subsidiaries of Qornerstone Inc., located at 140 Paya Lebar Road, #10-11, Singapore 409015.

This document explains our data usage policies and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

2. Personal Data Definitions

Personal data we may collect includes your name, contact information (address, email, mobile number), photographs and audio-visual information, and financial information such as bank account details.

3. Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

What we collect


We collect your personal data when you provide it voluntarily through the Qommunity app, other Qornerstone products, or when it is provided to us by an authorised entity like your property management company.

We may use your personal data for any or all of the following purposes:

A reasonable fee may be charged for access requests. We will inform you of the fee before processing your request. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot respond within 30 days, we will inform you in writing of the timeframe in which we will respond.

If we are unable to provide you with personal data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why (except where we are not required to do so under the PDPA).

To safeguard your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, we have introduced appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures including:

Our security measures are independently audited and comply with industry best practices. We are ISO 27001 certified.


While no method of electronic storage is completely secure, we continue to take all reasonable measures to protect the security of your information and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our information security measures.

8. Retention of Your Personal Data

We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. We will cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

9. International Transfers

We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will obtain your consent for the transfer and take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection at least comparable to that provided under the PDPA.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time without any prior notice. You may determine if any revision has taken place by referring to the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of such changes.
